关于进入魔法黎明的游戏问题

我安装了魔法黎明这个游戏,进入到了主菜单画面,但是选择人物并进入后,电脑便会自动启动,根本没办法玩,请大家帮忙解决,不知道是什么地方出了问题.谢谢! 如果能够有效帮忙解决这个急手的问题,我会再加60分!
忘了说了我的电脑是新买的,我想配置方面应该没什么问题,而这个游戏先前有人装了玩过了,她的机子比我还旧些呢.
