2008奥运的脚步离我们越来越近了。我好期待那一天的到来。奥运在我眼中她是光彩四射的，她会令我们每一个人都精神起来。这次奥运会对我们来说倍加重要。因为他是在我国召开的。中国的运动健儿们，加油；中国人，为健儿们鼓劲。我想，还很吸引我的是那五个奥运吉祥物——可爱的福娃。贝贝是一条欢快的鱼儿，代表了“年年有余”;晶晶是一只憨态可掬的大熊猫，无论走到哪里都会带给人们欢乐;他是一个火娃娃，象征奥林匹克圣火:迎迎是一只机敏灵活、驰骋如飞的藏羚羊，他来自中国辽阔的西部大地，将健康的美好祝福传向世界;妮妮来自天空，是一只展翅飞翔的燕子，其造型创意来自北京传统的沙燕风筝.它们都是我们的好伙伴，我非常的喜欢它们。它们不仅有可爱的外表，还有神圣的象征。

(一)Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .
The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .

(二)Probably more food is consumed during the New Year celebrations than any other time of the year. Vast amounts of traditional food is prepared for family and friends, as well as those close to us who have died.
