经过十年之后，他变了很多，并且看起来都不像他以前的样子了. 用what指他以前的生活方式，样式，某种程度上相当于"the style he used to be"
用whom则只能翻译为"他跟十年前他曾经是的那个人不一样了" ,汉语语义上面也说不通

用Whom只能说人，他以前还是他这个人，所以不用

这句话意思是他看起来不想10年前的那样了，人还是同一个人，只是样子变了，用whom中文意思是通的，但英语里是不通的，不是chinenlish啊hehe
