A的单词错了，应该是whether，
这里是是否的意思，if除了如果，还能解释为是否
不过，严格意义上，这里C业错误，因为后面有了or not，
表示是否的时候，只有whether后面能跟or not，if不能跟的
如果我没记错的话,weather是"天气"的意思
有 whether …… or not
无 if…… or not
或则他写错了，或则他想阴你
