（导叶位置开关）
一、 概述
ZLX 型无接触主令控制开关作为水轮发电机组自动化元件用来反映水轮机导叶开度并在各个不同开度位置输出相应的接点信号。
该装置由磁记忆开关组及磁触头组成，两个磁触头装在接力器指针杆上，磁记忆开关组安装在接力器支架上（见附图）。导叶开度变化时，接力器活塞杆带着磁头一起移动。磁头端部与记忆开关组的不锈钢外壳保持2至6毫米距离之间平行移动。当磁头移动接近某个记忆开关时，该开关发出接点信号，并将接点动作记忆下来。每个开关均为一常开、一常闭互为切换。该型主令开关为无接触式新型产品，结构简单，检测之间仅靠磁力联系，没有任何机械接触，不存在卡阻问题，工作十分可靠。

三、 安装及调整
1、 将记忆开关组外壳牢固安装定位在接力器支架上。
2、 按附图正确安装磁触头。
3、 单独调整每个记忆开关的位置，可以方便整定发信号位置。倘若行程极端位置不够调整时，可以卸去引线夹板，将记忆开关再往外调整一段距离。
