UC知道when and where 谓语用单数还是复数？？

要看主语是什么，主语是单数谓语就是单数，如果主语是复数那么谓语就是复数
比如where are they
但是如果你要将when and where 连起来的话
when and where is going to hold a party.
那么这时 一般就用单数
还是用单数
虽然是提问了“什么时候 什么地点”
但也归于一个问题，用单数
（以前我的练习上有，填复数错了……）
谓语的数不取决 于when和where 而是取决于后边的主语,
比如,
when are you going home?
where is Tom?
单数
when and where have meeting___yet.
在英语提问中,一般是When and where,还是Where and when
where and when 后面接is 还是are ？
