傻瓜方式一般来说都需要安装特定软件，比如360卫士，且限制后，再访问该网页时会提示 访问被禁止 这样很容易让人以为你是故意不让他用你电脑的

给你个方法，可以避免这个尴尬的问题，且方法也比较简单
复制下面的地址到你的IE地址栏，(注意要是XP的系统，如果是其他系统请补充说明)
C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
粘贴后回车，然后系统提示你选择打开方式， 选择 记事本 确定

然后在打开的记事本文件中的

下另起一行，输入一个IP，随便输入即可，比如123.123.123.123 然后 空格 继续输入网站的名字
