UC知道NERO 刻录出错

刻录1分钟左右但它自己显示100几个小时，然后弹出个框显示：
runtime error
this application has requested the runtime to terminate to terminate it in an unusual way.please contact the application's support team for more information.
我点确定然后又弹出个框显示：
runtime error
-pure virtual function call
我再点关闭就回到原来的小窗口。请会的教教我。
本人的刻录机是SONY DVD RW DRU-190A
用的碟是LG 1.7G光盘。
