看这句话该怎么翻译好~

前题是这样的，女友在外国上学，我早上起来给她发了条短信，因为平时经常会出现她那收不到我短信这种情况，所以我短信里就简单地说了几句话，然后我跟她说“如果还想听我说更多话就给我打过来”，就这句话用英语该怎么翻译才比较得体？
不是很明白saying后面为什么要加that这个词，能解释一下吗？谢谢~
