应该终止哪些进程又不影响使用？

我的电脑进程数经常是39以上，有时达到45。请网友帮忙看一看哪些进程可以终止，又不影响本人使用。我主要是浏览网页，玩QQ游戏，制作课件，看看电影什么的。

开始－＞运行－＞输入 msconfig 回车->启动－＞只留ctfmon这是输入法和杀毒软件(kav或者rav或者是ccapp或者是avp)。别的都把勾去掉。重启电脑。
