发送邮件收到的都是英文，这是怎么回事啊

我有两个邮箱，我保存的文件很重要，怕丢~所以用一个给另一个发邮件，前几封都收到了，但到后来都是英文的邮件，只有几个K~我在用邮箱分别自发也不行，怎么回事啊~高手赐教
英文如下，看得懂不明白啥意思~：
