第二句为什么要加with 。

play with 是一个固定词组，意思是和**玩是固定了的

那些应该是固定用法，好像play game

play with 是词组和什么玩
play the +乐器
只能说 play football

一个是及物的,表示在玩什么东西,施加动作于该物

第二个是不及物的,就是指玩这个动作,with只是表示和什么东西一起
