当然选B啊，因为前面已经有了个动词decorate了，后面怎么还可以用动词呢？
再说decorate something with something是个固定用法

如果要用use的话必须用using才行。

using就可以

一个句子只能有一个动词阿~
with是个介词

use是动词They use paper cut to sdecorate the windows
with介词I solve the probiem with his help

因为前面已有一个动词decorate，再来动词则为错句子。所以必须用一个介词来连接句子。故用with
且，decorate sth. with sth. 是固定短语，是“用...装饰..."的意思。
