建议你重装系统
没有很好的办法 重新拔插下内存和显卡,还有就是回忆下是不是你装了什么软件后才是这样的,或是设置了什么东西才这样,具体的问题你自己解决吧 也许是你用的什么软件有什么漏洞吧
重安系统 xp系统 一般是主版和内存不协和才会引起的 换下内存试试 应该是内存问题
大概是内存或者主板的问题，重装系统试一下有可能也可以解决
