2固定,类似的还有what's wrong with you 以及what's the way to sp.

1 这是固定的，前面已经说了the house is...这就在动词后不能再带代词it，而如果是说the house is too wet for them to live in 后面这个in 就是要带的，介词是要带的
2 这句应该是你说的那样的，用陈述语气
