1.乙方必须提供公司相关营业资质证明，具备一定经济实力。
2.甲、乙双方协商一致，根据甲方要求乙方进行废铁屑处理。
3.乙方要以押金抵扣形式购买废铁屑。
4.乙方在甲方工厂区域免费提供两台倒卸车，用于废铁屑的周转使用；并负责清理铁屑容器周围区域卫生。
5.乙方人员在操作中应遵守甲方公司的相关规章制度，因违反公司相关规章制度所造成的安全损失由乙方承担。
6. 乙方在合同生效期间不应以市场价格浮动等客观因素来降低甲方成本。
7.乙方要维护甲方所规定的称重方式，双方确认实际重量方可有效。
二、解除、终止供应合同的条件
1.经甲、乙双方协商一致；本供应合同可以解除。
2.处理合同期满时因客观原因致使原合同无法履行；经甲、乙双方协商不能就变更合同达成协议的。
