4、 焊盘划伤问题，依IPC-A-600G二级标准，也是允许一定程度的轻微划伤，我司规定划痕划伤深度不能超过导体厚度的1/5。后续操作会尽量避免焊盘的划伤。
客户如需要我司重新打样，第二点和第四点需要商定检验标准，否则我司无法制作！
