答案是A 为什么？ 怎么翻译？
B为什么不能选 if在引导条件状语从句的时候如果主句的主语和从句的主语是同一个的时候不是可以把从句中的主语省略掉的吗
比如说Unless (you are )invited to speak, you should remain silent at teh coference.而本题不可以看成是My teacher does not go to town if he doesn't buy any books.

B应该是if doesn't buy

首先应该排除的就是B
因为if引导条件状语从句,而if not buy any books明显不是一个句子吧,缺少主语啊.
应该是if she doesn't buy
without buying any books是with复合结构的一种形式,在这个句子中做状语
从字面翻译的话,可能有点别扭,可以这么翻译:我的老师去镇上时都会买书(双重否定表示肯定)
确实可以省略,但如果这题省略的话应该是if not buying,因为状语从句省略后不再是一个完整的句子,所以省略后动词(如果有动词的话)一定不可能以原形的形式出现
举个例子

而且一般来说if省略主语的情况不是很多
1.Come along with me if (it is) possible.
2.If (it is) true, this will casue us a lot of trouble.如果是真的，这会给我们带来很多麻烦。
