如果你现在正在使用的是老板的CPU，
估计是CPU驱程出了问题，
建议：
1，可能是你的处理器有点落伍，建议用低版本的系统XP或者XP（SP1）
2，用SP2做系统，就不要用ghost一类工具安装，老老实实从头一步步装，应该也不会再出现这种问题
3，已经装了，那就更新CPU驱动程序，在设置资源管理器那里，更新处理器驱程，使用自动安装软件（推荐）功能，应该能自动从系统光盘上找到合适的驱动程序。
