安装了新暴风影音WinAVI Video Converter不能转换了

装了新的暴风影音用WinAVI Video Converter不能转换了，之前转换都没问题。错误提示是can't decode this file !maybe this file is broken or the relative decoder is not installed!please download the decoder :[divx/xvid decoder]
谢谢回答，刚重装一下，还是没有解决，还有别的办法么？

咱俩遇到的情况一摸一样，本来我也想上来求助的，要不是你说新暴风有问题，我还在傻傻的到处找那个decoder呢。
现在终于又好用了，
我先是把暴风和winavi全都卸载，然后把注册表清了一遍（用的超级兔子），然后重新启动，再装上winavi，结果发现还是不能用，本来想放弃了，由于还得看电影，就装了一个旧版的暴风（好像是一代6.10），然后又试了一下winavi，惊奇的发现好用了。
具体是甚么原因我也不知道，就把所有步骤都写上了，希望对你能有帮助。
