新买的本，装的vista系统，但在QQ对战平台和浩方都登录不上，为什么呢？

QQ对战平台登录时总是提示用户名和密码不正确，实际上QQ是可以登录的。
而浩方也是总是显示正在登录和未登录两种状态。
杀毒软件是江民，关了也是登录不上。
之前在家里的时候QQ对战平台是可以用的，但现在到了寝室就不可以了。
哪位高人指点一下啊。

！！！偶就是用这个方法解决了在VISTA上安装QQ对战平台和VS2008等出现的兼容性问题，屡试不爽！！！
0. 先把QQ对战平台卸载掉，下载一个QQ对战平台，放在一个指定目录中
1. Click on the Start menu and choose Control Panel
2. Select Control Panel Home view if you are currently using Classic View
3. Click on the item named Programs
4. Under Programs and Features, select Use an older program with this version of Windows – this will launch the Program Compatibility Wizard
5. In the wizard, click Next on the first screen
6. Choose I want to locate the program manually on the 2nd screen
7. Browse to the path of the VS 2008 or .NET Framework 3.5 setup program that you want to install and click Next
8. Select Do not apply a compatibility mode and click Next
9. Do not select any display settings and click Next
10. Do not check the Run this program as an administrator check box and click Next
11. Click Next on the confirmation page to test these settings
