Job applicants are required to declare outside directorship (non-HSBC Group). Complete Section 1 for details of directorship. Write “NIL” in Section 1 B (Name of company) & C (Type of Directorship) for nil declaration. Then sign the form on page 2.
Application Procedures [for existing employees]:
1. Applicant to duly complete Section 1 of the form.
2. Pass the application form, together with the documents listed under Section 1 – D to the Functional Head for endorsement.
3. Functional Head to pass the endorsed application to the Chief Executive for approval (refer to Code of Conduct Rule 7 for details).
4. Return the original signed copy of the form to the Human Resources Department for updating staff records
