可以考虑换根内存条试试
是不是驱动安装问题或者安装的什么软件跟系统有冲突？
用系统还原试试或启动时按F8选"最近一次起作用的配置"启动.
扫描一下你的硬盘看看有没有问题
另外CMOS里面有一项防止病毒更改BIOS的选项，把那个选项取消
看看你在安装文件时有没有什么文件和你的系统有冲突如果有就卸了它 如果没有你就看看是不是你的内存的原因了
