谁能帮我写份英文邀请函？

我们代理一家美国公司的中国事务，负责给他们在国内找供应商，现在他们的两个副总裁要来考察供应商，由于签证需要，我们要写份邀请函。因为来的是两个人，我都不知道开头称呼怎么写。谁能帮我写下或找个范文。

外国人给中国人的邀请函可以由外国公司出,

中国给外国人的邀请函不可以由中国公司出,必须由政府专门的外事部门出,

建议先打听一下这方面的事再写邀请函不迟
