how to do 是怎样做，指方式；
what to do是做什么，指做的内容。
how about 和what about是一样的，后接doing，表示“……怎么样？”的意思。

how to do是“如何做”，what to do 是“做什么”。how about 和what about 意思一样 “...怎么样”，about后面接doing
