总机话务服务
电话是现代社会最常用和最重要的通讯工具，也是饭店和客人进行对外及对内联系的使
用频率最高、必不可少的通讯服务设备。
总机室作为前厅部下辖的主管话务的机构，在为客服务及饭店经营管理过程中发挥着非
常重要和不可替代的作用。话务员的声音代表着“饭店形象”。
一、位置便利
1．便于联系 有些小型饭店将电话交换机安装在总台，由总台接待员或问讯员兼管
话务。

7．具备良好的协调、沟通能力。
8．乐于助人，工作责任心强。
9．熟知饭店服务设施布局、特点等业务知识及相关的电话号码。
10．熟悉本地交通、旅游、公安、医疗、娱乐、购物等基本业务常识及相关电话号码。
