我认为应该可以用for tell
不过没有这个选项
a不正确是因为for sb to do sth
c不正确是因为搭配不正确：speak to sb 而不是speak sb
B是正确的of sb to do sth
b It is +adj. of sb. to do sth.固定搭配 say sb不存在
