I'm planning to study Chinese and I almost have no time to study any other languages after going to college.

I want (plan, intend) to learn Chinese right now. However, I have hardly (rarely) had any time to learn any foreigh languages since entering the university.

I'm intending to learn Chinese language but I had few of extra time to know other languages when I was at university
