should be有应该的意思。be able to只有表示能够做某事，并不一定应该活着必须去做的意思。
会不会是答案错了
这种情况常有的
it's time 有两个句型：it's time for sb to do sth.或it's time +从句(从句中动词用过去式，即sb did sth).例如：该是你看电视的时候了：it's time for you to watch TV= it's time that you watched TV.
should带有强制性 被动性
而be able to只是代表一种能力 可以做到的事情
