两个错误：

1。the Chinese very famous...应该是the very famous Chinese...

2。has mentioned应该是had mentioned（过去完成时）

形容词great的最高级前面一定要有定冠词the

早在。。。年前的翻译，不用early
形容词与国家连用的时候，通常在国家之前
the冠词用法不正确，这里不多说，自己找相关资料看看吧

Early two thousand years ago, the Chinese very famous and great educationist Confucius mentioned this kind of special education.

修改如下：

Confucius, the great and famous educationist, mentioned this kind of special education two thousand years ago.
