摘要：导游服务是旅游接待过程中多种服务的一种，然而又是诸种旅游接待中居于中心位置，始终处于主导地位的服务。导游服务具有纽带作用，导游服务质量的高低对于旅游目的地的接待服务具有某种代表性，起着一定的标志作用，然而导游服务社会声誉差，满意度底，使用程度底等等这些问题，尖锐的暴露在国内旅游的发展之中。本文认为导游服务质量的问题降低了我国旅游服务的整体质量，因此本文提出了对导游服务中常见问题的解决办法既研究对策。
