1.巡查/监督过程中发现的不符合"工艺纪律"及"重点控制项目"的事项及时反馈机台人员调整改善,并与机台人员探讨发生大原因.2.追踪改善效果,直到改善为止

巡查/监督结果,改善措施发生原因,改善效果,必须详定,及时地记录于《印布QC制程巡查表》中

下一班对上班的联系事项须在《印布IPQC交接本》中作出回复

本班的品质状况、改善、追踪效果、待追踪项、特别是注意事项必须与下一班QC做好交接工作
