UC知道在eclipse中无法启动tomcat，特急，请教？

tomcat单独可以打开，在eclipse中无法打开？错误提示为：
Save could not be competed.
reasom:
Some characters cannot be mapped using "IOS-8859-1"character encoding.Either change the encoding or remove the charachers which are not supported by the "ISO-8859-1"character encoding.
我是第一次装这个软件，刚刚学习jsp，对这个一点也不了解！请会的人多多指教！
现在Tomcat可以打开了，但运行时还是出错！错误为：

character encoding（字符编码不对）
你可以先吧 IOS-8859-1 改成 gb2312 ，就能保存了。
网上有好关于字符转换的教程可以看的。
你Tomcat的端口已经被别的程序占用了。要你换端口。或者终止那个占你端口的程序。
