1.只能是WHAT,这是一种句型:就是当空白处既做一句话的主语有做一句话的宾语的时候就选WHAT..
2.正常语句是drink and have a simple meal in pubs,所以省略IN 就不是完整的.
第二道题选哪个都对 IN WHICH=WHERE
1、空白处做的是主句的宾语，所以不能用how（引导状语从句），只能用what，引导宾语从句。
2、in which引导定语从句。
