企业 管理 目标三者的关系

I am not sure have I answered your question clearly. the relationship between them is a proper structure and with appropriate management skills and practice to achieve the objectives. There is some others school of thoughts that management strategies shall come first and then decide the appropriate structure and then to acheive the objectives. But sometime, it could be a mixture of it. Hope you can understand it. Sorry, if I type Chines it is too time consuming for me. thanks.
