“违反规则”和“打破规则”怎么说？

“违反规则”除了break the rules之外，还可以说“violate the rules”、“breach the rules”或者"be in breach of the rules"
至于“打破规则”，如果是说破坏了规则，可以用上述四个；如果是说取消旧有的规则，可能用scrap the rules更为恰当
