You must first understand, English language is a SKILL. The more you use and practice, the better you can communicate with this English language.

English language is NOT a knowledge. You cannot study hard and memorized to get best results in good English language speaking skill.

Use English as often as you can. For example, why are you not writing this question in English?

Watch CCTV channel 9 English news broadcast. Watch the announcers carefully and pretend to repeat what you see.

Watch English DVD movie with the Chinese subtitle turn off. Or, even, turn on the English subtitle.
