不可以，因为hate是动词，动词后面要加名词，to do 和doing都是名词性的。而dance本身就是动词，动词后要再加动词，只能是把所要加的动词（dance）名词话，变成to do 或doing 的形式.

hate doing是憎恨的意思而hate to do是不愿意的意思，你说的一次或经常应该指的是like/love的区别
hate后面应该不能接dance尽管dance可以用做名词。
