三、安全检查：

3、 打开旋转处理器出气口侧四通φ219mm的2个盲板，排除口径内的油渣，并按要求关紧盲板。
4、 每炉出渣前在打开炉门前，所有操作人员必须穿上防火工作服戴上防火面具和防火手套，以防炉内炼不干，万一有明火出现时烧伤操作人员。
5、 自动出渣：
把出渣门打开并固定好，放下尘板，开启旋转处理器和引风机，渣会自动出来，出完后停止旋转处理器和引风机，关好出渣门。
切记！！出渣时进料门不准打开。
注意：在进行安全检查时和出渣过程中，不允许同时打开出气四通和进料口，以免主体内出现空气对流，由于主体内的热量高，避免产生对流或环流以免对操作人员产生不必要的伤害，出渣完毕关好出渣门，把进料门旋至最上部，打开进料门投料进入下一个生产循环。
6、每炉生产结束后，必须检查旋转式处理器内部的过滤口的通透情况，如果通透情况不畅，必须停炉清理。
四：注意事项：
1． 任何时候不得烧红旋转处理器的主体。
2． 水封内的水每炉须换一次，并把水位保持在要求的位置上。
