I am very fond of sport. But swimming is my favorite one. I was able to swim at the age of nine. At the first I liked it just because I liked water very much. I liked to be carried and hold by the soft and cool water, and I liked the feeling after swimming, as I didn’t like to be sweaty. Now I like swimming much more due to its benefits. What's more, according to scientific researches, swimming is the most safe and healthy sport.
I used to swim in summer only thanks to the climate limit. However, 5 years ago I moved here where there was a heated indoor swimming pool. So today I can go swimming whenever I want to. I go swimming twice or more every week, which makes lots of changes on me. It changes my diet, helps me to keep fit, makes me more energetic and efficient on my work. I don't know how did these changes happen but it just happened. Now I prefer food with less fat and sugar while I used to like junk food very much; I feel no longer very tired
