做这个程序的目的事帮助企业公司更快地查阅各个地区的应聘者投送的个人简历。
现在人们如果想找一份工作必须要向公司投一份个人简历，方便公司找到适合的人选。从表面上，或者说从非招聘者的角度来看这也许是一件很简单的事情。因为应聘者要做的只是等待公司的答复。而招聘者所要做的事情既多又繁琐。公司为了方便应聘者投简历会提供不同的方式。如发送电子邮件，邮寄简历或到该公司的办公场所填写申请表格等。这样就给招聘者添加了不必要的麻烦。因为简历是由不同的方式送到公司的，所以在整理的时候会比较麻烦。
这个程序就解决了上述的问题。只要应聘者将个人简历以所要求的格式用邮件发送到公司该中就节省了招聘者整理资料的时间。运行这个程序，可以通过的姓名、年龄、学历、毕业院校以及工作经验来调出该应聘者的个人简历。
