这里用IS，因为Jane既是你的朋友又是你的同学 指的是一个人
那请问什么时候是指2个人
能举个例子吗？
顺便教下怎么分别

My friend and classmate Jane 指一个人,因为classmate Jane 前面没有冠词the,my等修饰,所以和前面指的一个人.
如果改为:My friend and my classmate jane,My friend and the classmate jane,就是指的两个人了.

不同的人就可以用谓语动词复数.
例:
She and he are in the classroom.
