安装了瑞星开不了机

可能是你的user文件损毁了，瑞星误杀造成的，你可以有软盘到别人的电脑上把user文件考回来，覆盖源文件就行。
需要考c:\winnt\system32\user.exe
c:\winnt\system32\userinit.exe
c:\winnt\system32\user32.dll
c:\winnt\system32\userenv.dll
在dos下

del c:\winnt\system32\user.exe /a /f
del c:\winnt\system32\userinit.exe /a /f
del c:\winnt\system32\user32.dll /a /f
del c:\winnt\system32\userenv.dll /a /f

copy a:\user\user.exe c:\winnt\system32\
copy a:\user\userinit.exe c:\winnt\system32\
copy a:\user\user32.dll c:\winnt\system32\
copy a:\user\userenv.dll c:\winnt\system32\

我也出现过这种情况重启的时候让瑞星开机杀毒然后就行，我昨天也是这样安装完成了没有立即重启，等死机了就和你一样开不开了，知道在启动的时候让瑞星开机杀毒就应该行了

你的瑞星在杀毒的时候删除染毒文件（系统文件中毒）的时候把系统的文件删掉了！

用瑞星应急杀毒盘或者瑞星安装盘启动,然后杀毒一般就行了.
