乙方未尽法定的审查义务导致广告的发布违法，甲方可追究乙方的相应责任？？？？

Upon infringement of advertisement aciivities due to Part B's unsatisfied responsibility on audit, Part A has the rights pursuing corresponding judicial practice

Party A could sponsor a law-suit against Party B if the illegal advertisement was issued which dues to the failed inspection obligation of Party B.
