后半句，that指的什么。if not more，beautiful。这里标点是否打错了位置应该是if not， more beautiful.但是这样理解就跟原文是两个意思了。请教大家.

that指代前面提到的procession.
the procession of the thracians was equally beautiful if it is not more beautiful than....
补充一下，was equally,if not more,beautiful.标点这样点是强调作用，标点点的位置不一样，表达的语气就不一样。
