我们要做一个marketing research 的essay，其中给了一些数据，有点犯糊涂，请各位朋友告诉我，如何计算1 profitability Ratios(ROSCE.GROSS PROFIT MARGIN.NET PROFIT MARGIN)

　　Profit before/after tax × 100% =
　　Shareholder’s funds

　　Return on capital employed

　　Profit before interest and tax × 100% =
　　Capital employed

　　Capital employed = (current assets +non-current assets) - current liabilities

　　Long term debts = 201 × 100 = 16.6
