My computer has something wrong! Help

I can't type Chinese.The TASKMGR.exe and ctfmon.exe can't run.
Help me!
I had Sceand my computer before.But it can't find any virus. The list of virus had updated at 2008-3-13.
I don't want to rebuild system, I forget the password for ADSL ,but my computer know it!
Now the taskmgr.exe can run.But I till can't type Chinese(because of the ctfmon.exe)

taskmgr.exe是任务管理器的进程；ctfmon.exe是输入法指示器的进程。
ctfmon.exe的作用是在打字时，显示输入法的图标。就是那个可以选择全角、半角、软键盘的图标。
