摘 要
随着网络时代的到来，域名的重要性越来越为人们认识，域名纠纷也开始出现并且愈演愈烈。作为网络时代的新事物，域名很难纳入传统的法律规范。虽然我国已经出台了《中国互联网络域名注册暂行管理办法》，从理论上探讨域名侵权纠纷处理原则和方案的著作也有很多，但在具体的一些问题上人们依然存在很大的分歧。因此，本文拟从我国的实情出发,指出在我国完善域名法律保护具有重要意义，并对域名的管理和法律保护等问题展开分析和探讨，以帮助人们更好地解决域名纠纷。
