UC知道电脑问题，不知怎么解决？请高手指教

电脑在运行迅雷看看的时候有时候会死机，屏幕出现一篇英文。如下

if this is the frist time.you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer .if this screen appears again.follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.if a driver is ident ified in the stop message disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer press F8 to select advanced startup options and then select safe mode

没有办法，也没有解决的办法．你这问题只有重启．这是系统发生的错误！
你的情况好像是 系统文件遭破坏了 在提示你从安全模式启动 开机时听到响声按F8 试试 进入安全模式你可以对系统进行修复
硬件的支持问题,上面说升级BIOS``你尝试着升级到最新版本看看.
