没啥好解释的。A的结果只是显示有哪些访问列表，而题目问的是要能够显示某条访问列表所应用到的接口以及方向。这个只有show ip interface符合要求。

因为show ip interface这个命令的结果里有：
FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Outgoing access list is not set
Inbound access list is 10

这表示在fa0/0这个接口下对流出的数据没有设置access list，对流入的数据的access list为10
用show access-list则能够显示access list 10的内容
Router#show access-lists
Standard IP access list 10
10 permit 1.1.1.0, wildcard bits 0.0.0.255
